Can't join my own server. "The server didn't respond, retrying..." - ToySoldier - 15.06.2014

1- Server and client are of the same version
2- I think port is forwarded look ( http://i.imgur.com/SL80nTH.png )

4- Vanilla server and client
5 -I'm willing to allow remote access to solve this problem

Firstly try 127.0.0.1.
If that responds, you know that it is working.
From that picture I do not thing it is forwarded.
You might want to check the Broadband section if it has "Port Forwarding" section in it.

127.0.0.1 didn't work
I've been to every section of this website and the only part the remotelly refers to ports is "Game & Application Sharing". (look here http://i.imgur.com/Zt5PHZC.png)

SOLVED THE PROBLEM, IT SEEMS THAT SERVER AND CLIENT VERSION WERE FROM DIFFERENT VERSIONS SOMEHOW DESPITE THE TITLE. CONSIDERING ALL I DOWNLOAD IS FROM THIS SITE, THERE ARE OUTDATED LINKS AROUND HERE, BE CAREFULL.

guys I have the same problem but I customized my server it worked like 2 years ago but not now

Does Your Server Even Show Up (like the ping and player slots?)Because if it does i think i have the solution.
If it's doesn't even show up try (127.0.0.1) Or go to start and type CMD and Then click on command prompt and type IPCONFIG and check your default gateway.
