Raven's Roleplay 0.3z Problem. - Seifspeed - 14.06.2014

I tried updating ravens roleplay to 0.3z but nothing worked(i redownloaded my client i recompiled the script)It Still Says Retrying to Connect To Server....
Please Try And Help Me Out This Is A Huge Problem To Me.

Replace announce.exe, samp-server.exe from the 0.3z server pack to your Ravens Servers pack. should work, also make sure ur client mis 0.3z, recompile.

Could it Possible be because my pc is 64 bit and the server pack i downloaded said samp03z_svr_RC4_win32.
