i use gamemode "Land Of Paradise"
but when i am want started it say

do you got all of your plugins? and did you write it in server.cfg?

Agree! if pawno works properly / complied and if your pawno etc etc... all ok then also you get the error
type on ****** nativechecker> download> put in your plugins> edit server.cfg> run the server you> you can see in server.log
