Hello there. I am getting a error after opening the SA-MP Client. Here is the error:

Try removing your Gta files from documents and re-install SAMP.

First of all, Why should i do it? Why should i re-install the gta? I didn't install/download anything new.
And btw I already re-installed.

C:\Users\*User*\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
or the .EXE of game might have messed up.
Some time happens that antivirus picks up on things that are clean, and deletes a legit part of application/file.
