Needed FS Pls help - killing - 12.06.2014

I need a Money Bag fs after every 20 minutes it appears automatically on any location and icon shown in mini map the first player to go will be awarded money . When monney bag appears all player can see this message " Go to the money bag to get award of money " and when he picks up that bag this message will be shown to every one %s is the first to take money bag he gets 1 million . Please i need this script
