Samp 0.3z problem. - Seifspeed - 12.06.2014

I tried upgrading my server to 0.3z according to this guide: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=491077.
It worked and all meaning that my script loaded successfully and everything but when i enter the server it keeps saying retrying.

Yes I have samp 0.3z i don't know if i need 0.3z rc5 or something else...
