Reputation Problem - Laure - 12.06.2014

Alright, i am getting rep on various posts i helped but its not appearing for real, like i recieved 7 rep extra and now that should have been 14 buts its still the same, i also checked last rep recieved but thats not in green color, also i recently got some infractions too, was it thats substracting my rep or what is it? idk what the heck is going on.
