Hello.

Here is my question:

Is it possible to ban someone without the possibility of workaround?

Currently we can ban the account name, the IP address.
In both cases it is possible to bypass (either by changing its name, or IP).

I think it is possible to ban someone without the possibility of circumvention, but how to do ..

Summarized version: No.

Simply because anyone can change their IP address (easily most of the time). Create a new name and start off once more or continue hacking around your server if that's their o'deal.

Quite impractical. Sometimes even the range will change, and you may end up banning players erroneously.

There is another way, but that'd also be a bad way of banning. You could possible use it to check alternate/similar accounts. I've seen threads with this in removed/locked though, because its an undocumented thing.

Range ban is like rangeof IP aadresses banning.

Some idea is like MAC aadress banning and its possible to script for samp server

Mac address banning is not possible to script for a SA-MP server without the player installing additional software (which would have to be created). This will not only reduce the servers player count drastically, MAC addresses can still be changed or spoofed.

IP/name banning are your only official options.

Yea, I know. MAC spoofing is not hard and this will not stop hackers who want ruins your server. I agree with you.
I think maybe some unique samp key system will maybe help avoiding hackers.
