Is there a way to add a custom texture to a skin etc and have everybody that joins see it aswell as you??

I mean if there isn't already can we please make this a suggestion I think it will help alot of servers and yes I know MTA has it already but MTA isn't SA:MP and I like samp alot more. Thank you and please get some attention on this if it isn't possible to do it already. Kalcor must do deees XD. Thanks for reading.

There's no such thing at the moment, and I don't actually know if they're planning on adding this soon. It could be pretty sweet to have.

This has been discussed time and time before:

No. It would make connecting to a server a hell because you'd be stuck for 5 minutes to download a colossal list of mods that the server requires you to have to play.

"So?"

So not everybody has proper internet.
Try joining any MTA server with mods. It takes me with my fiberglass connection about 3 minutes before I can actually join/play.
