Your server requires plugins for your gamemode "GVB".

Your missing a .inc or a plugin that the gamemode needs to run with.

Just because he has 0 plugins, that doesn't necessarily mean he is missing a plugin.
Reasons could be:
"An include file is missing from the 'pawno/include/' folder."
"A plugin is missing from the 'plugins/' folder."
"A folder is missing from the 'scriptfiles' folder."
Make sure you have created all the necessary folders in your scriptfiles directory. Eg (scriptfiles/Users/)
