Looks like it's coming from MySQL, update your plugin to the latest version.

LOL i'm using MySql r37 plugin for my gamemode.
So do i need to use R38 lol?

I doubt it was caused by mysql but still, nothing we can do because: Server crashed due to an unknown error

It's recommended to use the latest version of the mysql plugin and R39 was released yesterday.

my script is mysql r37!
Please give me any other plugin for it , for debian 7!
