title pretty much explains it all, ID 0 will not do any command, no error message or anything it just doesnt work while player ID 1 and above will use the command fine. any ideas on how to fix?

I'd show the code but its almost 90 thousand lines long.

It was all working well and then I added the new skin system, changed dialogs/added new dialogs and some other small stuff and now no commands will work for ID 0.
