change the root folder pemissions like chmod 777 "server folder"

You need mysql libarry plugin or update to last versio mysql plugins and includes.

LLets go samp PM to talk. Also try upload mysqllib to /usr/lib/ foler and restart server

Use the static version of the plugin.
