Can anyone recommend me to a server host with mysql hosting, I just bought a server with smartbyteshosting and to setup a mysql db you need to contact support, they're support takes donkey years to reply so thanks in advance to anyone who can recommend me to a better host with mysql.

If I were you I'd just wait for the support to get back to you, if you were going to use a remote mysql server I wouldn't even recommend it because of how slow it is in comparison, anyway can't you just wait?

I could wait, but obviously if their support team can't reply within a reasonable time this once, they're not going to be able to reply within a reasonable time next time, so I'm going to keep having this issue if I don't switch to a new, more customer based host.
