i have seen many like junk buster and wanted to use it but i have read it is not too good it kicks/bans players for their lag i have my self experienced them . so which is the best working anticheat compatible with any in buit gm admin system

I'd suggest making your own anticheat, that way you can adjust it to your liking.

Exactly, listen to this guy. If you don't know how, you gotta learn how. You won't find a perfect one, there will always be something that you won't like or something missing.

It's called "DO NOT USE ANTI-CHEATS". Why? Because you can cheat an anti-cheat, of course.

I agree with FlawPaw. If you have good administrators you won't need any anticheat, they must do their job and server will be good.

Focus on building a good staff and have a nice anti-cheat. You won't be having serious problems with hacker. I suggest you make your own anti-cheat by taking a look at cecil's post: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=220089
