i need a good gm with all server files (0.3x) a good gm either zombie type or cod or war type that would be perfect as im not able to find an good ones

If you want a gamemode that'll last and one you can be proud of, make your own.
If you want to be generic like most other starter servers, use the search function and find a gamemode.
