Somone has anyMap Program for me?
Except Editor / MTA.
MTA is not comfortable.
Editor doesnt work cause of my PC Problems, it says when I press 'Load' that I am still playing on GTA-SA and I am not playing... And When I want to exit from the program I have problem with Editor_Camera.

Search for some ingame map editor, there are some filterscripts for that.
There are no other external editors afaik, theres no need for others.

I don't think you actually read his question... Go back and read it again. Anyway as stated above there are in game map editors that you could run on a local server and you can almost do everything you can in an actual program.

In my case i have problem with the SAMP flymode (inverted camera move). so i use JernejL's.
