SAMP Client crashes on load - hazzle123 - 01.06.2014

When I open the SAMP Client (as in the server browser, not when I go to join a server) the client closes and the windows troubleshooter appears. I have tried enabling it through my firewall, running as an administrator and turning off my antivirus, and using a fresh game and install. I'm using a completely clean installation of San Andreas. Any help is appreciated.

Re install gta san andreas or delete mods.

I said in the OP I'm using a clean game and have reinstalled SA.

What is your operating system ?
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 ?
