sscanf and streamer error - kirostar - 30.05.2014

Hey guys, i got this error :

You see that sscanf and streamer plugins are failed, so i installed the new versions off these plugins and compiled the .pwn file, i run samp-server and shows me the error again, so i installed nativechecker and shows me that :

But i tried in my another laptop and it worked without any problems, but this is my main laptop, please help.

You just have some problems with your plugin and i am not sure but i think its problem with MSVCR100.dll , Make sure you have framework or just update it.

I think the problem with MSVCR100.dll because i installed these files and it worked, thanks
