SA-MP crash / GTA not working - tyiby - 30.05.2014

-I uninstalled / deleted "GTA San Andreas User Files" and reinstalled GTA and sa-mp on another partition, but still does not work.
-uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller, not working.
-restarted my computer, not working.
-no mods, GTA San Andreas clean

update: GTA works fine with "integrated graphics".
so my problem is because of dedicated graphics, i have a laptop and latest version of Nvidia.

works fine with old driver, NVidia 335.23
