Passwords are easily being evaded by some kind of hacks or some thing ?? so can you suggest how can i make a system that makes an other security higher than an password (whirlpool has)

Why don't you try to hash the hashed password.

There is no hack that 'bypasses' the password. It could be a scripting error and players just using native samp functions to get around it (which isn't a hack). Also, either way... hashing a password just means it is secure in your scriptfiles, that doesn't change whether people can guess the password or not, it still remains the same either way... As far as I know, Whirlpool is the most effective password hashing system, and you won't find much better.
