How can i add Safe Zone : People cant spawn the weapon in my area ! - jesdynguyen - 29.05.2014

my server is roleplay , but i cant control the member use weapon for deathmatching , especially the pubblic place . Now i want people when standing the area where i put the safe zone , they cant spawn weapon or cant punching or hit people . Please give me file FS or pawn code for my gamemode .

My area i want put the safe zone is : Pier 69 Pizza job , Hospital SF , the taxi place SF , and so
