Hello! anyone can help me with the rcon login i set password in RCON Password and i chlik connect in the server when i connect and type /rcon can't give me anything and i go to rcon.exe can't open why anyone help me please!!!!!!!!

What you mean how to make admin? RCON is considered as an admin. If you want a whole admin system, we can't do it for you, search for admin systems' filterscripts.
To close your server, use "/rcon exit".

type in game /rcon login [pass]

to see the rcon command list type /rcon cmdlist

ex./rcon login 123

and be sure you'll make hard password which don't let anyone hack your rcon

To lock the server you just simply add this line in your Server.cfg - "password <add a password here to lock>" without quotes and simply start your gamemode, you will need the password you added in the Server.cfg to play your gamemode.
What do you mean by "makeadmin leader in rcon"??
