I was wondering how can i record something like landing an airplane, driving the bus, and play it to player after he finished registration ?

You are referring to bots most likely. This is achievable by following the tutorial in the thread posted above. I believe the npc recording filterscript comes with the default SA-MP package downloaded at sa-mp.com.
