It's an image made with photoshop or a similar program.

Also, different themes are customized. That one may come with those images aswell.

It's pretty easy to find related pictures on ****** if you'd like,there are also "packs" which can be downloaded for you to use. If you want to make it,I would suggest PS like others too.
