How can i make like when i do /omembers it shows me the names of the offline faction members?please example

It completely depends on what saving system do you use ?

If you use y_ini, ask experts of y_ini.
If you use dini/djson, then ask experts of dini/djson.
If you use MySQL, then ask elsewhere than here.
