You're using a game server host right?
If so, contact them, and tell them that the mysql client library[version 15] is not installed in their system.

I had this issue once, on a web host, however the fix is by finding the right plugins. If you have example v15mySQL.so, then you need same version of the .inc file too, for compiling your gamemode. Try it, it will work im sure.

EDIT: or may wont work for you, for some it does and some doesn't, tell us if it did work.

No its bullshit. They didn't install the client library. You're probably using a free host so they won't do shit. if you're using a paid host just tell them you will cancel your hosting and take your money back for shitty service. That might change their mood.
