iCool's Anti-SpawnKill Protection System

Hello Everyone. This is my fourth Filter Script i.e Anti-Spawnkill System. I havent fount any bugs yet. If anyone finds one please pm me.

I have made the fs so easy that u can easily add it in you gamemode.

You see Hwang when scripting ,I only take ideas. I dont copy everything as it is. Cuz there is no interest in doing so.

I meant the SendClientMessage(playerid, -1, "Bla Bla.");

Just for them to make the send client message more attractive.
