Can't Connect - saffierr - 18.05.2014

Hello guys,
I can't connect to a samp server none of the servers.
I press Connect but nothing happens, i tried to connect Gta_sa, that doesn't open neither.
Please help

Firewall allow SAMP and gta sa?

Allow SA-MP through your firewall, try running SA-MP as an administrator.
