Ban Bug CBCNR - Alvinz - 18.05.2014

There is a ban bug.I didnt ban by the server but why it says 'You are banned from this server'?The real ban will have a box and say the remaining time of ban.

Bug:
SA-MP 0.3z Started
Connecting To 50.31.100.10:7788
You are banned from this server.

Real Ban:
Sa-MP 0.3z Started
Connecting To 50.31.100.10:7788
You are banned by admin.Reason:reason.Remaining Time:time(or something like this)
Server closed the connection.
