Do you guys have any idea on how to boost this? I have 2mbps internet. When downloading a file. it's around 250kbps and when i stream on ******* it's slow af. And sometimes pages load FOREVER. I think i'm being ripped off. And during noon, i get 5kbps download.

Megabits or megabytes? Kilobits or kilobytes? ISPs generally advertise megabits, while your browsers reports in megabytes or kilobytes. 2 megabits is 0.25 megabytes, which in turn is 250 kilobytes.
