Objects dont works - Stgnature - 18.05.2014

i added a CMD like neon and viptune and fire works Rocket

When i use these commands to play with they dont come but they works on my other Gamemode not the gamemode where i want it to run

on other gamemode i can see fireworks rocket and neon light under cars and viptune which attach spoiler Boot bomber they works
but on my other gamemode it dont works can u help me to fix this problem?
