New weapon "Joolt" - TheSimpleGuy - 17.05.2014

The Joolt

"A new weapon was now invented by S.A.D.S.I's(San Andreas Dique Suckers Intelligence) was called "Joolt", this will release a spider mutated bomb which will explode easily on what you target."

Feature: After shooting in a M4, it will explode a few M/S seconds later!
Warnings: Please set the var mclass into 1 if you set it, 0 if you do not want. You can use /lel for debugging.

How to use: Press Y to activate it. Press it again to deactivate.
