Radar script help - AkaSKY - 17.05.2014

Hello all. I need help with a radar script. The problem is that the script doese't have any errors or warnings, but nothing happens. I got this script: http://pastebin.com/7760WS2p. Please help me with this problem.

Add this under OnGamemodeInit
