Which VPS OS? - iFarbod - 17.05.2014

I Have bought a VPS. But i said them don't install the OS on it until i select it.

So they gave me 6 selections.

- CentOS x[32/64] bit (Latest)
- Ubuntu x[32/64] bit (Latest)
- Debian x[32/64] bit (Latest)

Select your choose as a suggest. and tell me what's your server's OS.

I Maked this topic to know which is these above Operating systems is Good for Plugins.

So please response!

In my opinion Debian 64 bit...

Not so much interested in VPS software.
But i read good things about Debian.

The OS you posted are good.
There aren't "betters" or "worst"
Since they all work with the same kernel and stuff.

Just test them, then you select one of them.

Similar topic a while ago. I'd pick Debian because:

• It uses less resources than CentOS
• It is easier to upgrade
• It has more, and more up-to-date packages
