GTA SA Stucks after "Joining game" - Printable Version

Hello.

Lately I've been having an problem. This happened after I tried to install some mods to SA.

Here the problem is:


(Took the picture from another thread who had the same problem as me)

This happens on populated servers or massive scripts servers.

I don't know what the problem is, but... I need a fix fast to this.

Tried solutions:
Restart computer
Re-installed SA:MP
Re-installed San Andreas (3 times)
Tried to install on another directory (trying it again now, will edit after am done)

I am on Windows 8 and don't know what the problem might be though since it was working fine until yesterday.

PC Specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
SType: 64-bit
Graphics card: Intel HD 3000 series

EDIT 1: This stuck happens on some servers, and doesen't on some others. But even if I wont stuck at start, it will when I start playing.

Fixed. I don't know what the problem was, but it got fixed when I used an already installed GTA SA found in my USB and transferred it to my PC. Somehow, that fixed the stuck error and much more problems.

This error came again back when I tried to mod again. There's never been problem before with modding, doubts that it this is being caused by Win8.
