Please, don't make a roleplay server. Just from this topic it's clear enough you wouldn't have any idea on how to either script or mantain a roleplay server. Just join one.

I will suggest that you should first join a roleplay server and observe and evaluate how the management of the server manages and then start writing down the ideas for your own server.

Before trying to create something without wrongs you should know about the rights. You cant just write a script, take away all the "wrongs" and get a perfect server from the leftovers. This simply wont work.

I would get a cheap dedi rather than a VPS. dedicated hardware is always better. just get the server near where you want players to come from.
