[Help me] Anti warp hack and weapon hacking - jesdynguyen - 14.05.2014

i need the anti mke the announce admwarning make admin cant get ID player when he tried to telelport vehicle and get in vehicle non server side with it , he hack troll like he fly in sky and make all vehicle in server drop off , i cant stop him , ban him and he swith the ip by turning on/of the modem to change his ip and come back to start again , is there has any solution , please help me

by the way , he has the hack drive by in the vehicle , he can shoot people non hand or non press H to killing people by minigun with gun non server side


so hard to me and my member get suck , please help me
