You probably won't be able to remove a single door from a house. If you aren't able to select the door in map editor, this can't be done I'm afraid.

I think it is possible to remove door as it is a different object and not part of the house object.

Well if your adding a house with only one model and it has a door thats not a different object. How-ever, if your using a few objects, chances are one of them is a door. How-ever, if it's not you can't remove the door without removing everything else.
