How to reduce lag server - jesdynguyen - 12.05.2014

My server is Roleplay , now it reach more than 100 members online , make lagy and deplay time to type/cmd so long , how to improve it , anyone can help me , thanks to vist my topic

Possibly file based saving system or MySQL based (un-threaded) - switch to MySQL threaded, or use the threaded I/O plugin by JernejL.

You can use performance profiler to check what codes eat up most of the time (bad loops, conditions & simply bad code)

Thirdly, you can use ****** because I am sure there are MANY topics like this. (I think, have myself replied to at LEAST one such topic in the last month, but I can't be bothered having to search for it)

Lastly, if you downloaded it off the forums, it's (probably) poorly coded and poorly optimized. Most are - I am not saying all.

MySQL hosted on a separate server will help a fair bit as mentioned above, but make sure it's on a separate server If you really want to maximise your server your hosting it off.

Otherwise, if it's 'ping' lag, it's generally a poor host who overloads their servers to make as much money as possible, I'd look for a different host.
