Bug Shoting in Vehlcile - Motor Bike - vulcanica - 12.05.2014

Like title, when i press H for shoting on Vehicle, my character can't not killing, i don't know how to fix that. Im using server 0.3Z RC5.

Here are Videos that I have tested Bug.

I can't Post on 0.3z RC Scripting. So anyone can help me fix that pls ! Thanks you !

I believe that is a general SA:MP issue, I could be wrong; however I have seen this on multiple servers that rules have been made against h-bugging.

i confirm that, it's a SA:MP issue, i tested all SA:MP versions, and it's the same thing with all version

no, its a general issue so SAMP has to fix it.
