There is no forum support section. Why would you need forum support? Negative reputation is disabled, if you get banned, it's usually for a decent reason, and there aren't any problems other than constant server errors due to what I suspect is high server load. Only other problems are some of the moderators are way too delete happy (especially regarding any topics that trash the way the hosted tab listings work).

The errors are not on my end, it's a vBulletin message. However, in the last week I haven't seen as much of them. Last month they were constant at night (EST timezone). As for the moderators, like I said, any threads that slightly question the hosted tab get deleted, I don't believe that's rule breaking. That's just an example, but I've seen other instances. I'm not going to argue about it, however.
