Encoding problem? - Patchwerk - 09.05.2014

Hi,
i have problem, again. Now with (probably) encoding. I use Sublime Text 2. Yesterday all works i just add text and some characters (special like 'č' 'љ' etc..) doesn't work.

I somewhere read i need ASCII
