It's probably that the thread is deleted or the link is Invalid. Or the link goes to someone's post edit or something similar like that which won't allow you. Most likely, you can't visit it.
Anyways, wrong section.

It is in the wrong section as BenJackster stated above, but when a PAGE says 'You do not have permissions to view' It is because It has been moved to Archives that only forum mods or Forums admins can see.
