How to make modify 3D models in GTA SA by using 3Ds MAX? - ACI - 08.05.2014

Hey guys, I have a question. I am really confused on how to really mod vehicles. I want to model aeroplanes, etc.. by 3Ds MAX. I want some help from you.

I searched ****** but it gives confusing results and some links are saying about using Z Modeler something. I want to mod with 3Ds MAX.
