Why don't you try to fix the bugs
That would be good thing from you 
Because many people will see the bugs and say "This has bugs, pfff better download something else"
So I suggest you to fix them

Or something so newbies know
I know to script but the problem is newbies

The code is messy, lacks of functions (As you said its not finished), it's not that different to other gang wars servers, and this project is made by 2 'scripters' so it suppose to be better, but great job overall.
