Okay, so prestigious released a kind-of UCP/panel like thing how-ever it's not a website, but a proper windows application. What was it scripted in? Did they use Visual Basic for this?

It's only been 10 minutes, no need to bump it. Since I'd have to register to see it (And I'm not going to), since it's a windows application then yes they most probably used a language such as visual basic. Not really the right section though, not sure what is to be brutally honest.
