Okay, so i created my server on my VPS, it's all working fine, up and running. But when i try to connect to my VPS ip through samp, it doesn't work, how do i know the IP i need to use for the server?

check firewall of windows.
your windows version ?

Windows 2012 standard edition.
It's off. I think it may be ports but i have no clue how to do that with a VPS.
