Many players crash - martoivanov - 05.05.2014

Last 2-3 weeks i have a problem
Sometimes many people (about 10) crash from the server and they can't enter again. Every time when they enter they crash at the moment ot login.
They receive warnings in the chat like:
exception 0xc0000005 at 0x536df4

I think they are caused by the object streamer(incognito's)
What can I do to stop these big crashes?
