SAMP-SERVER FECHANDO AO INICIAR - Axll - 04.05.2014

bom ja fiz de tudo e continua dando este mesmo erro, coloquei o crashdetect e apareceu estes erros:

nao tenho ideia de como identificar os erros, pensei em baixar essas dlls, mas como nao da o erro ao iniciar acho que nao й isso alguem tem ideia do que possa ser?

99% de chances de estar faltando algum arquivo da scriptfiles a ser carregado... Ou algum plugin essencial nao estб incluido no server.cfg...
